We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to oversee the organisation and smooth-running of projects in our studio. We're looking for someone who is highly organised and looking to learn and progress in their career as part of a dynamic and ambitious team.

Experience of brand and digital projects is desirable. But most important is an appetite to work as part of a small team towards a shared goal of achieving something outstanding. We're open to applicants with different levels of experience to ensure we find the right fit for the team.

The ideal candidate will be confident, optimistic and proactive and able to support the team across a variety of tasks. The studio is agile and fast-paced, so you’ll need an open mind, a good sense of humour and a work ethic in-line with our passion to deliver a world-class service.

In addition you'll need:

— An understanding of creative agency processes
— Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— A friendly and outgoing personality

Responsibilities

— Managing projects from conception through to delivery
— Creating project plans, liaising with the design team and client contacts, scheduling meetings and creating contact reports.
— Ensuring the smooth running of the studio
— Growing our reputation for delivering outstanding service to clients
