We're hiring: Design Director and Digital Designer

We’re expanding our team and looking to recruit for two positions: Design Director and Digital Designer. The roles represent the opportunity to work on branding, campaigns and digital products for an enviable list of clients spanning culture, education, entertainment and non-profit.

Design Director

We are looking for an outstanding and highly experienced designer who is passionate about their craft and values strategic thinking. This is a hands on role and you will be working on projects from start to finish, always ensuring the very highest level of craft is met across all deliverables. As a senior member of the team, you’ll be expected to help define and maintain impeccable design standards, evolve processes and support more junior members of staff.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience at respected agencies and an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong concepts and impeccable typography and layout skills.

Digital Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Designer to work on highly crafted digital products and campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of designers to bring brands to life on screen in innovative and captivating ways.

You should be passionate, dedicated and driven to produce the best work possible. An appreciation for graphic design and an interest in branding are a must. You should have a strong eye for design and meticulous attention to detail.

You should be organised and feel comfortable managing projects from start to finish; producing wireframes, prototypes and visual design, as well as interacting with clients and directing external resources.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years agency experience. Experience with After Effects, InVision and Sketch is preferred, but not essential.
